Nikki York is the founder of SAGERA Consulting, a leadership and operations advisory for owners who have carried too much for too long.
She works alongside founders to design the structure underneath their business — so it can carry itself, and they can return to the work they were made for. The SAGE Suite is that work, made small enough to build in six Wednesdays.

Before you join
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a calendar, you can build every seat. We work through each one together, live.
Claude or ChatGPT — which should I use?
Either works. Each seat is built as a Claude skill or its ChatGPT equivalent. You’ll need a paid plan — Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus, about $20 a month.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded. You can catch up on your own time and bring questions to the next Wednesday.
Which tools does it connect to?
Your accounting, calendar, and pipeline. We’ll confirm your setup before the first session so nothing slows you down.
